About Us

Upbeat Music was founded in 2006 by Benjamin Comer in Rochester, NY with the purpose of providing quality musical instruction and performance to the greater Rochester area. Students receive individualized lessons in the comfort of their own homes, and are encouraged to provide input, feedback, and their own artistic flair into their personal musical education. Performers and band leaders can purchase custom arrangements and compositions tailored to their specific needs. Event hosts can book a wide range of musicians and ensembles with playlists, lighting, and sound designed to make your special event a unique success.
